On my last trip to Rocky Point, I stayed at the Playa Bonita Hotel, I was gladly surprised when I drove in and found myself staring at a beautiful and quiet beach, although it was a busy time of the year, the staff promptly greeted me and my family, the check-in process was quick and painless and the Playa Bonita Hotel staff made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. After checking in, we spend some time on our balcony and we were able to enjoy one of the more beautiful sunsets I have ever seen in Rocky Point. The Playa Bonita Hotel also has a restaurant that serves great food, a tortilla soup for my wife; club sandwiches for the little ones and a nice steak for myself were done and served with a smile. I could hear a faint catchy sound coming form the other side of the room and found a live band playing on the other side of the great room, where a bar is located and you find locals and tourists alike enjoying a drink and dancing or listening to good music, courtesy of the live band that plays there almost every night of the year. |

Last year’s Playa Bonita Spring Break was one of the best Spring Breaks I have ever had, and a well deserved one I must add; although it is not on the busy part of town, there is enough people to make it fell like it is, you see people from everywhere staying there and you will run into people that are going to your same college and people you are probably sharing a class or two with. Playa Bonita Spring Break is full with easy going, party planning, fun loving people from all over southern United States (Mostly Arizonans) who are here to forget a bit about school or work and are looking to just relax and have a good time. |
